Holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Law and has over 25 years of legal experience across various fields, with a particular focus on financial, commercial, real estate, and labor disputes. He began his career at Saudi Telecom Company (STC), where he served in the legal department for more than 17 years. During this time, he contributed his expertise in providing legal consultations, drafting and reviewing contracts, and representing the company in litigation before various judicial and quasi-judicial bodies. He also participated in arbitration disputes as the company’s legal representative.

Founding Partner
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia and has over 20 years of experience. He began his career at Al Rajhi Banking Corporation, where he worked on legal aspects related to the financial and banking sector, gaining practical expertise in financial and banking transactions. He later joined the Public Prosecution Authority and subsequently served as the General Manager of Legal Affairs at Saudi Telecom Company (STC), one of the largest companies in the Kingdom.
