Saad Al-Turki (Managing Partner and lawyer)
Holder of Bachelor’s in law at King Saud University, and Master's in commercial law at King Abdulaziz University. He previously worked as Head of Lawsuits Department at STC where he provided his expertise for more than (17) years in consulting and drafting contracts, and litigations before all courts and semi-judicial commissions and arbitration disputes, and was representing STC before the Bureau of Experts and before competent agencies for handling legal issues of the communications sector and property transition, staff and assets from being subject to State to entity, and was representing STC in all property disputes before the Bureau of Experts and judicial bodies, then he joined the Law Office of Homood Alkosir, and later to be the CEO of ALKosir & ALTurki Law Firm, he has (20) year-experience in the field of financial, commercial, real estate and labor disputes.

Homood Al-Kosir has more than (20) years of experience in the legal and judicial work. He obtained Bachelor's in Shari'a at Imam University, obtained a High Diploma in judicial systems at the Institute of Public Administration and following his attending many courses in law, he worked as legal advisor in financial and banking at Al Rajhi Bank, then, he worked at the Public Prosecution, and acquired experience in commercial field during serving as General Manager of legal affairs at STC, as one of the leading companies in the Kingdom.
